Making her clients happy and providing them with all of the information they need to make good decisions is at the root of everything Julie does in her approach to her work. Knowledgeable about the market and experienced as a REALTOR®, Julie is very thorough and prides herself on her accuracy in pricing, her eye for staging or preparing a house for sale, and her creativity in advertising and promotion. Sensitive to the needs and anxieties of the seller, Julie maintains constant communication and she strives to minimize the disruptions that occur while a home is on the market. When she works with buyers, she listens to them carefully and reads between the lines to determine their wants and needs.
Julie has lived on the North Shore since 1969 where she is active in church and community affairs as well as the Women's Council of REALTORS (2004 North Shore Chapter President). Although she enjoys the North Shore and its many resources, Julie considers her market area anywhere from Wrigleyville in Chicago to Mundelein in Lake County. Architecture and interior design are strong interests along with hobbies including music (she sings in a choir and plays handbells) and needlework. Although she loves to travel, Julie considers herself very family and home-oriented. Perhaps that is why she relates so well to her clients.
"Making dreams come true since 1980!"
“[In a home] You’re making an investment in what could be the most important asset you’ll ever have. The right moment is when you know where you’re going to live for a while, when you find the home that fits your family, and when it’s at level that fits in with your income and ability to make a down payment and then I would get a very long mortgage… 30-year mortgage and the rate will be fabulous, and there is no sense waiting if those conditions exist."
